Nyiko Wellness Refinery in collaboration with Mathapelo & Elvira bring you a transformative immersive sound healing and breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with self.
On this experience, we will journey deep with the breath, using it as a healing tool & bathe in the sacred sounds of the Himalayan bowls, gong, rainstick, chimes, mbira, shakers, crystal singing bowls, drum to name a few.
Both Sound Healing and breathwork have the capacity to clear, cleanse and shift your vibrational frequency, allowing you to release and let go of what no longer serves you and to make space for more of what aligns to your true soul essence.
Elvira is a certified breathwork facilitator and will lead the breathwork. She works primarily to create inclusive and diverse spaces, Elvira is Peruvian/Russian from Sweden . She focuses on bringing forth indigenous wisdom from different parts of the world, but also bringing it forth from within us. Through music and guidance, she holds the space as you connect within.
Mathapelo Mabaso is a certified sound alchemist, she will be leading the sound journey. She uses the transformative power of sound, vibration and frequency, her intuitive wisdom and shamanic gifts to help seekers recognize their power and ability to heal themselves, helping to usher in an era of peace and harmony.

Spring Equinox is a celebration of new life, new beginnings, and a return to balance. It is our natural inclination to resist change, but it is through change that real growth occurs.
Our ancestors understood the importance of mirroring nature & had their New Year in the month of September “uMandulo” when the vegetation starts growing and greening.

Spring is about returning to a state of balance. We can learn from nature’s graceful transition, for nature does not revolt or resist. It slowly moves from the dark to the light, and from the light to the dark again. It’s all about finding the balance in our world.
This month sees the return of my much missed energy healing, sound healing work. So much being birthed + nurtured in my work as we move through a vibrant + luscious spring!
I’m truly mesmerized by the magic of this season already + I cannot wait to share these offerings with you.
Emerging from the cocoon of winter but reminded to keep the pace steady + true.
Ready to take flight.

Your presence, whether through a kind word, a comforting hug, or simply listening, has been a source of strength for me. It is through the love and compassion of friends and family that I find the courage to face each day and begin the slow process of healing.
As I continue to mourn the loss of my husband, I ask for your continued understanding and patience. Grief is a deeply personal journey, and while the pain may never fully disappear, I hope to find a way to honor his memory and carry forward the love bestowed upon me.
